I placed a simple order for two subs, but one of them was completely incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the staff showed no apology at all. They just said, "We'll make another one and send it out." After waiting 25 minutes, I called back (keeping in mind I live just two blocks away), and the person on the phone was even ruder, stating, "Your food is on the way," before hanging up. We've been ordering from this restaurant for six years, and I think we've reached our breaking point. It's disappointing because I always try to support local businesses, but good customer service is essential. This happened on a Thursday evening, not during a busy time, which makes it even more frustrating. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service. For dinner, I would not recommend dining here, despite the cheesesteak being a suggested dish. Price per person: $10–20. Service rating: 1.

This was likely the worst sub I've ever had. The chicken was overcooked and looked almost charred, as if it had been microwaved. I hesitated to take my first bite because there were flies buzzing around it. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 1.

The pizza was good. Ordered one deep dish with pepperoni and one thin crust with half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. They were both hand tossed the only difference between the two is that one was thinner than the other. The Old Bay wings were what we expected. Enjoyed a nice dinner with family.
