Dunkin' - Ridgewood

Do not go there if you can help it. This Dunkin' Donuts in the area has the slowest service.

I recently experienced terrible service at this restaurant. I was served a still frozen croissant, which I discovered after taking a bite. When I asked for a new one or a refund, they refused and had a very bad attitude. I will not be returning.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. Even though it's conveniently located next to my job, I always make the effort to go to a different location. Without fail, they always mess up my order and then try to convince me that it's correct. It's really strange. I highly recommend going to the one on Franklinturnpike instead, as it is much better.

This must be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts in the country. There is only 1 nuce lady there all the others are so rude, don't talk, give the wrong items all the time. The only reason I keep coming to this one is because it's the only one on my route.

My milk was curdled and I ordered a specific donut and never got it. When I went back to get a new coffee and ask for the donut that I paid for, they said no and gave me my coffee back after spilling it all over the counter top. I am never going back thereagain? Actually awful and I am angry!!:!.!:.!.!.
