Truly Sichuan Bā Jiāo - Ridgewood

An OK spot with very limited menu that was honest, was nothing special. We were part of a big party and order most items from the menu. The staff is very nice. Interior equipment (mirror and lamps) :

I was just there. It was the worst food I have every taste First I ask the waiter whether the chicken was all white meat he said. It wasn't. So I told him. He came back to me and took 10% of the bill I never cut some pieces to see if there was any white meat and it was cold. I stole the bill, said: I would never be back and wrote this review. If there were 0 stars there would be. The waiter said he was talking to his boss. No one really spoke English that I could live and learn.

The staff here is great, and the food is incredible! Be ready, as seuan food is not for the flood of heart, but in any case there is an attempt. We love the soup dumplings, the tea smoked duck, and the volcano Tofu! Very recommend Truly Sichuan, I have so many positive memories in this restaurant!

My wife and I shared shrimps and chickens and broccoli. I had hot and sour soup. Was okay, just enough spice. Soup was good. Service was very good.

The scallion pancake was just an oily puff pastry that was so crispy. It never felt like a pancake. I wouldn't recommend this.
