Adobe Inn - Ridgway

I believe tonight was my final evening at the Adobe Inn. They will be closing on October 1, 2019, and it will be sad to see them go. The atmosphere, the food, and the dining experience were fantastic and will be missed.

This place is great! I enjoyed the flavors, and would return. Lot of food, and their chips and salsa are very good! They use corn and flour tortillas.

Good food, awesome environment. Would definitely come again. Salsa is super super good and the chips are fresh.

I’ve made a point, for years, to make time for a meal at the Adobe WHENEVER I’m even near Ridgway. I’m a big fan of their food and have never had a sub-par meal there. While visiting two weeks ago, I enjoyed another... It pains me, however, to note that your restaurant is, bluntly, dirty. You simply need to close for a week and do what you have obviously have avoided doing for some time now... a deep clean... and maybe some painting. Why you don’t take a more proactive role in this regard is baffling.

I just found out that Adobe Inn closed its doors on October 1st! I am incredibly saddened by this news. The drinks were fantastic, and I regret not being able to visit one last time. I will miss their delicious meals, drinks, cozy atmosphere, and charming rooms. Thank you for all the wonderful memories!
