Beautiful idea to equip the Truck to bring the famous Gricia around Italy!!! Super the Gricia and Tiramisu.... Big Max and his company! !

Originally the idea of bringing around, with a duly equipped van, not the usual sandwiches or hot dogs, but delicious dishes of gricia. Prepared the moment and served very hot, with a type of pasta that is matched with wonder, this typical dish of the area, also for the genuine ingredients used, not derailleur of a millimeter from the recipe and the method of classical preparation. I feel strongly advised, even for the fair price proposed by the manager.

Also this year I had the pleasure to taste the specialties of this Food Truck at the Castiglioncello Foodies Festival. I had already tried last year the gricia and the truffle cutters, both excellent. Today I have experienced the gorgonzola and bacon, really good, compliments to the owner for the formula, for the tasty preparation and for the excellent quality of the raw materials, I will definitely return, probably already tonight. ;
