Soraksans - Riga

A bit overpriced for what you get. The food is yikes, certainly not legit. Lived in Korea for years, and this didn't meet my expectations at all. Being the only Korean restaurant in the area, I was kinda expecting a bit more. No side dishes, even the most basic kimchi. Didn't even get water. It was lunch time and the business lunch seemed to be so famous, since it's the cheapest on the menu. A friend ordered it, but I can't say it's Korean at all. I just didn't like it overall, definitely not going back. The 탕수육 (sweet and sour pork) that I ordered was swimming in sauce, and all the crisp was gone. In Korea, the sauce is usually just poured on top, or in a separate bowl, and not stir fried with the meat in the pan/wok. Anyway, disappointing not recommended.

One of the best bibimbap in Europe. The taste match the original one in Korea. The food’s presentation also looks very nice. Inside the bowl is the best. The rice is well cooked, the egg perfectly served, comes with mixed composition of fresh vegetables made the bibimbap was well balanced nutrition.

A very nice place, with a nice interior and a cosy atmosphere. It also plays Korean songs, which creates a very warm atmosphere. I think people who are interested in Korean music, culture, will be very happy to get into this atmosphere. Good and fast service, waitresses are very positive and friendly, offering advice and assistance in choosing a dish. We went to eat with a group of 4 people and ordered BBQ meat, they were quick to bring it over and show us how to cook it and how to eat it. It was really big and incredibly tasty. Per person we spent around 20 EURO for barbecue with all appetizers and rice. I highly recommend this place to everyone, you can really eat here quite cheaply and very tasty and enjoy the whole atmosphere. We left the restaurant very full and satisfied 10/10

I have previously reviewed this restaurant but i decided to redo the whole thing. This is my second time eating food from this restaurant and the first time i have tasted it as a delivery. Very fresh, authentic and tasty. Best boiled rice that i have tasted in a while. Definitely the food here is a huge thumbs up from me and i wish them all the best in these times. If you are in a look for as mentioned, tasty, authentic Korean food (even as an delivery) ORDER FROM HERE! Thank you!

This is somehow a hidden treasure in Old Town of Riga very nice and cosy restaurant with nice atmosphere. Since this restaurant is not located at the main street, then it is not found by everyone so, there is enough space for a comfortable meal. Super friendly service. I felt very welcome there and will definitely return.
