St-Hubert Express - Rigaud

I cannot comment on my meal as we never received it. Upon entering the restaurant, we waited in line to order a salad and sandwich to-go. It was clear there was an issue when we saw seven empty plates waiting to be filled. The staff seemed disorganized and hurried, with orders being misplaced and a child reading their phone in the office. After waiting for half an hour, our order finally arrived, but it was not prepared properly. When inquiring about our order, we were told it had been lost. We requested a refund, which was promptly handled. My advice to the owner is that they have a lot of work to do to improve the efficiency of their operation, as the current situation could lead to financial troubles. This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had, and I will not be returning.
