The food is delicious and the staff, who are mostly family members, are extremely friendly and patient, even when the restaurant is crowded. They have outdoor seating with a fire pit where guests can enjoy the fresh air. Additionally, they offer sled rides for a fee.
We had a wonderfully peaceful and enjoyable dining experience by the outdoor fire! The food was excellent and prepared in accordance with French Canadian tradition. We had the opportunity to speak with the owner who generously shared the history behind their recipes, which have been passed down through generations. The maple syrup was especially delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic time!
A beautiful afternoon, came for 2:30, after the greatest crowds existed, so not crowded. eating was excellent, freshly made, buffet style as much as they want, dessert and coffee served on their table as long as they wish. the crepps were very...different and very good crispy on the outside, with maple syrup they help themselves on the tables and in front of the site. beautiful old camein near the main entrance and another outside for cehen, finger warming. fun at the snow, delicious. beautiful kiesboden around the outer picnic tables, so no mud tracking. horses pulled cars drive extra .byob, and only cash.
This place is a truly authentic cabane à sucre! traditional, delicious cheese dish, buffet style, followed by tasty dessert. also loved the unlimited maple taffy! it can get quite a lot to do, but it was in order at 2 o'clock.
We were a group of 10 and it was my first time at a buffet-style sugar shack. I was surprised by the variety of options on the menu, such as meatballs and crunchy items that weren't bacon or pig's ears...I'm not sure what they were called in English. The food was okay, not amazing but decent. However, we had a fantastic time as most of the staff were fun-loving, friendly, and efficient. We enjoyed chatting and laughing with the man making the taffy and his daughter. Overall, it was a great evening for us.
