Ferretti Beach - Rimini

We stayed in this hotel with a Smartbox package which included the room for day use and the Spa. The location is very central, our room was small but welcoming even if the bathroom was at the limits of usability, the shower was so narrow that it prevent turning. The spa on the ground floor, too crowded for the capacity. Furthermore, there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the swimming pool and a fried smell in the Turkish bath. Overall it was a pleasant day. We would like to recommend paying more attention to the spa. The guy at the reception was extremely kind and helpful

Having booked the room on a well-known portal at a really low price property discount portal discount , we spent a night at this beautiful, comfortable and modern structure. It is located in a perfect position, overlooking the beach on one side and the nightlife street on the other. The building is modern and well lit in the evening, convenient internal parking €10 extra for 24 hours and the well-screened swimming pool, clean and with a poolside equipped with comfortable deckchairs. The staff is professional and kind. The room we chose did not have a terrace overlooking the sea, but upon arrival, at the welcoming reception they informed us that they had upgraded and given us room 204, with a terrace overlooking the sea and a hydromassage tub on it you pay something more if you want to use . The room was very clean, not very large, but with a large bathroom and equipped with everything you need TV/safe/fridge etc... . The soundproofing with the two French windows is excellent I think they are most useful in the height of summer, with the comings and goings and the music from the nearby clubs . Breakfast is eaten in a large and modern room, with lots of variety for both sweet and savory dishes. Hygiene is appreciated, given that almost all the dishes are placed under stands and baskets with lids and tongs to grab them. We, having a furry friend, ate breakfast in the large external courtyard, located adjacent to the road, but separated by plants and a comfortable awning. It is certainly a hotel where we will return with pleasure.

Winter weekend with my wife, taking advantage of a SMART-BOX that they gave us at our wedding. From the outside it looks very good, painted in a very fashionable gray and is located in an excellent position, at the beginning of the walk to Marina Centro. At the reception, kindness both on the part of the girl who welcomed us and on the part of the man who checked us out. The double room was really small, so much so that it was difficult to move and, sadly, it had not been cleaned well and this is the aspect that disappointed us the most: the bedside tables were in two cube-shaped niches and in one of the two there was still biscuit paper and crumbs from previous guests. The floor wasn't clean: there was a lot of hair and, horror of horrors, when I dropped a pill and I bent down to look for it, glancing under the minibar, I noticed three centimeters of dust, probably there since the mesozoic. Perhaps it is time to train the cleaning staff better, or to sometimes carry out random checks on the work done. The bathroom, fortunately, was quite okay and quite nice. The unmanageable and rather high heating temperature forced us to sleep with the windows open so as not to use the sauna. A dinner at the restaurant to forget: unlike the kind reception staff, there was little welcome in the room, few smiles. The maître d' came twice, as soon as we sat down at the table, to ask us if we had decided what to eat, when we were clearly still holding the menu in our hands (usually a sign that the customer is still choosing). When we decided and put the menu down, even though he saw that we were ready to order, he didn't show up for ten minutes. The food offering had little to do with a 4-star hotel and the quality too: a basic, very hospital menu. The SPA is not bad, the bare minimum anyway. Speaking with other customers in the hot tub we heard a lot of criticism and many doubts about how it can be qualified 4 stars.

My experience at the 5 star hotel was simply extraordinary. Every aspect, from the service to the hospitality, from the cuisine to the comfort of the rooms, was of the highest quality.
