Having guests for dinner, I called at lunch time to better organize the order! I called to inquire about some dishes to ensure I received the correct dishes. Out of 7 dishes ordered, 3 were incorrect and missing: we had to wait a good 35 minutes and in any case they neither brought me the correct dish nor refunded my money even though we returned the incorrect dish (the order was written correctly, but the dish it contained an ingredient that I can't eat because I'm allergic). Not only does a dish on the menu cost €4 and they made us pay €6 (40% more). They made me make a terrible impression on my guests: change jobs.
