Montecarlo - Rimini

Shower stall if you can call it that, run down and bathroom is old. The hotel is more of a youth hostel. Anything but good. Old place that is showing its age. Air conditioning in the room was switched off again and again by the cleaning staff. The air conditioning in the lobby was often not on. We were told that the Italians don't like it. The hotel presents itself online with a top breakfast, which is all a big fake. No orange juice, no salmon, no champagne, no waffles. Breakfast buffet always empty. No jam no bread . The coffee takes forever (15-20 minutes) unfriendly extremely slow waiter. We were told that you should pay for the second coffee. It just didn't happen when I said no. You even had to fetch the table setting yourself. Very unqualified staff. Simply not recommended.

The hotel is a little old, but the people who work there are very friendly and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible Breakfast is a buffet, everything is delicious, fresh, excellent coffee! Great hotel with a great staff. Manager Stefano is just a great guy! He will help you with everything. I have nothing to complain about. PS: Stefano does best aperol spritz in whole Rimini! Service: 5

Too close to the 'Red Devil ' discotheque you can 't even think about sleeping until 2 a.m. (at least 3 a.m. on weekends! . Stephano absolutely friendly and helpful at all times! Rooms: Room sufficient. Absolutely nothing intoxicating. Functional and unfortunately a bit worn out. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 1 Hotel highlights: Great value
