Always late deliveries (not a little), undercooked pizzas, you often get orders wrong and you do nothing to remedy your mistakes... I would say it's all quite shameful, I see that you respond in a childish way to the reviews of dissatisfied customers, rather than making the errors known to your staff at least the regular customers I would try to keep close (advice for the future) we will no longer use your service, I just hope you learn to accept customer criticism, since reviews exist for a reason.

We've been getting pizza from Strapizzami for a couple of years and we really like it! Tasty, light and super digestible dough, delicious ingredients and tasty, well-filled pizzas!
