Red Lobster - Rio

Place was almost empty. Party of seven waited 30 minutes and was never seated. When we questioned this they told us that it takes time to put two tables together. But three employees sat in a booth laughing and talking while we waited and we left. It's no wonder these places are failing.

Only trashy restaurants are open on Christmas. Hope no one shows up. Place is understaffed by the time i got a spoon my soup was cold. Ontop of all of that 30 minutes after leaving the restaurant im throwing up what i just ate. This nasty poorly run place gave me food poisoning. I will be contacting the health department.

Nice quality dinning as you would expect from Red Lobster. Our server was superb though, full of personality and did a great job!

Havent been in awhile so I decided to go and was disappointed ,the waiter got my meal wrong and forgot to bring out the side dish also there were no salads ,said they didn't get shipment in this was by far the worst it's been and I used to love red lobster

One of the better Red Lobsters, Seafood is way too expensive and they lead the way.
