Feedback gevenThe order was confusing, and the nuggets and mashed potatoes were quite dry and served cold. The biscuits were also hard and unappetizingly cold.
The chicken is consistently overcooked and lacks freshness. The portions are quite small, resembling chicken wings even when I specifically order thighs.
I absolutely love the food at Jack's!
Some items I ordered were missing.
