Best Lee's - Rio Rancho

I have been going to this restaurant for many years. This is the first time I was totally disappointed with the food. The chicken and broccoli was so hard you couldn't even chew. The rice had a funny taste and the egg roll was soggy. It's a shame because my family and I really liked this place. Don't think we will be ordering from there in the future.

NO!!!!! Save yourself the time and money. We tried it for the first time, ordered 100 worth of food, took one bite of each item and tossed everything in the trash! Each of the 8 items we ordered weren’t even edible to either of us. We don’t like to waste food but everything came with an odd, flavor. Even the most typical elements you’d find in a Chinese restaurant fried rice, spring rolls, lo mein, and sweet and sour sauce tasted odd. We couldn’t believe it. What Chinese restaurant screws up the basics that are standard offerings?! We don’t know how it got good ratings. We’d give it no stars if we could and we aren’t difficult to please.

Nope. Pretty sure they use Rio Grande river water to make the tea. We all ordered different items and all 4 plates were equally unimpressive

Have eaten here many times over the years but the consistency has been completely lacking lately. Ordering the same dishes from visit to visit often results in wildly different experiences. Ingredients are frequently missing from the dish and the seasonings seem to get changed up or not measured, also resulting in different flavor profiles. The same can be said for the staff and ambience. Sometimes the place seems cleaned, and at other times one can smell what might be dirty mop water while eating. Friendliness of the staff and owners is also hit or miss. Would like to better recommend this local establishment but it is too hit-or-miss for me.

Lee’s best is the best Chinese food in rio rancho, eating was fresh and tasty and it smelled as good as it looked. the restaurant was very clean and felt like home. again thanks to many, jenny and the staff for a great lunch experience 5 stars all the way!
