Subway - Rio Rancho

I know this Subway has faced some challenges in the past, but I've noticed they have hired more staff recently. I can't speak for the day crew, but the team working during the last two weeks after 5:00 PM has been excellent. The two new sandwich makers are still learning the ropes, but their manager has been providing great guidance. We ordered four foot-long subs: a Spicy Italian, a BMT, and a chicken sub. All three employees, including the new hires and the manager, worked together to prepare our sandwiches, even squeezing us in between their training. It might have taken about five minutes, but they made our subs just right. My impression of the crew on April 14th, 2022, at 5:30 PM is very positive; they made all four subs exactly as we requested, even one that was a bit more complicated. Everyone was friendly and wore clean Subway uniforms. I will definitely return!
