Nines At Trilogy - Rio Vista

The restaurant formerly known as The Nines has been rebranded as Sir Flairs and is now under new ownership, management, and has a fresh chef at the helm.

My family and I dined at this restaurant in May 2015 when we were visiting Trilogy to check out potential new homes. The menu offered a diverse selection and we were impressed by the high quality of the food. The service was attentive and the prices were reasonable. After reading other reviews, I believe this restaurant deserves a five-star rating, especially when considering the food quality and prices in the Denver area.

I love this place mainly because of the new server, Jennifer. She is very kind and always pays attention to our needs. The food is delicious as well, and they also offer a full bar.

Delicious mushroom provolone burger topped with fried pickles.

The waitress was friendly, fast, and attentive. The food was excellent. The chicken in the salad was tender and juicy.
