It is an excellent place simple but with an excellent product, which tests the cholas of this place will not regret.
The sale of Pan filled with Panela (cholas), are the sensation of this place. One for $0.15 and 10 for $1.50. They're fresh, and they keep warm. Moderate size. The place to drink a coffee on a rainy day. It has chocolates and sweets of Guayaba and Milk, ice cream too. If you are passing through Riobamba and want to try the famous Cholas de Guano this is the place for you not to go to Guano.
The authentic Cholas de Guano, is a very traditional place of many years where they prepare you are exquisite toe of flour with panela. From 08:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. They're also super-economic that you won't stop eating.
