Arby's - Ripon

It was so delicious! I wish we had one in Merced. For now, if I really want to eat there, I have to drive to either Modesto or Madera.

I hadn't been to Arby's in nearly a decade (around 12 years), and I was pleasantly surprised by this location! I visited at 4 AM and there was no line. Seriana took my order quickly and knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. She carefully handed me my drink without dropping it, and the food was prepared promptly. Everything I requested, including sauces and utensils, was in the bag along with the receipt. I don't think I've experienced service like this in years. This place and its employees are truly outstanding!

This was my first disappointing experience at this restaurant; usually, everything is great. However, tonight was a letdown. The mozzarella sticks were undercooked and greasy. My roast beef sandwich had a torn bun, making it messy to eat with sauce. I even had to chase down an employee at the drive-thru to ask for my soda because they forgot it. When I finally got it, the soda tasted either half flat or like it was mixed with something else—definitely not just Coke. I wish they had given me a receipt, as I'm pretty sure they charged me without applying the 2 for $7 deal.

I usually love to grab a bite here especially because of the hours I come through. Most of the time there is a wait but not terrible. Except last couple of times i had to just leave as there were only 2 people agead of me I went 35 min without evengetting to order. Late night is always a gamble. Food is usually good, but lately also not always hot.

I stop at this Arby's every time I'm in town. The food is always consistent. The fries are my favorite. They are always very fast and I don't feel like my food has just been sitting around. The employees are always really nice and have never made amistake on my order. They alway make sure I have all the sauce and ketchup that I ask for.
