Blue Marlin Catering - RISING SUN

We travelled back home to enjoy good food with friends local to the area. The restaurant was all decked out with holiday decor and the dinner did not disappoint ! The attentive server was cheerful and didn 't mind us taking our time to 'catch up ' as we stayed several hours. Those in our party enjoyed the red wine and cocktails served. The food came hot and tasty. Our favorites were the captain 's cut steak with sides, fajita grilled, chicken salad and the linguini Alfredo. There was a small plumming problem in the men 's room but restrooms were clean. We will be back and would recommend their nice, casual atmosphere !

Our first time under new ownership. Apps were fine so we had high hopes. unfortunately reality set in when we tried our meals. My wife said her Mahi was fine but my nephews scallops didn 't even look like what we 're used to i size or shape and he said they were not very good. My sister ordered the shaved beef sandwich and it looked like it had been shaved and then heated in a microwave and dried out. I ordered the prime rib and asked for an end cut. I said I did not want it recooked just served as it was. It tasted like what I would have expected if I had left it in the frig for 3 days and had grill marks on it. I could not eat it. They did take it off the check

This place may not look like much but. don't let its look deceive you. Great service never had to ask for a refill it jus appeared. food was excellent. Well worth it.

We stopped for a late lunch/early dinner (1:45pm). I had a 6oz filet mignon which was perfectly prepared and delicious. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

We were in the area and stopped in for dinner. The staff was great! Very welcoming and attentive. I had chicken parm which was excellent and enough for two meals. The table seating was spread out and even though it was a hot day, the AC was working great. Food came quickly and the salad was cool and fresh.
