Busat Birra Cibo - RIVA DEL GARDA

We wanted to have some food and drinks before a concert. Coming here was the right decision! The staff was really friendly and welcoming, the drinks local IPA, Aperol Spritz and the food vegetarian burgers, fries, oion rings, mozarela sticks … awesome. Great location and atmosphere, too!

Lovely welcome, really cheap beer and Prosecco. Wish we had found it before the last night. Highly recommended.

Went here a few times during our stay in Riva, good beer and friendly staff,plenty of beers on offer on tap or bottles and cans.

If your fed up with pasta go here !!! Great food . Nice burgers/chicken burger/pulled pork burger. We ate here twice and throughly enjoyed it

My wife and i were really looking forward to visiting Busat, as we had previously been passed it and also seen the photos online. The decor and style of the place is really nice and made us want to visit even more. We were in italy for only a few nights and fancied seeing what a 'craft beer ' place was like in Italy as the other nights we went to more traditional style Italian restaurants (all of which were excellent! The first day we tried to visit for drinks and a meal it was shut, with no mention of this online, so we returned the following day giving them the benefit of the doubt and instead found a lovely small 'man and wife ' run Italian restaurant. The second day we tried again and it was open. The place was empty, but we thought ok no problem and sat down in a corner. We had a few drinks which were good, not amazing, but pretty good like many other places you get now in the uk. Ordered some food which were 2 busat burgers and fries and were expecting to spend the rest of the night sampling other beers and having a nice time. However the burgers arrived after a small delay and we quickly released we had made a terrible mistake as the burgers were some sort of frozen microwavable affair, or something that was quickly grilled from frozen. We also realised there was no 'chef ' or proper kitchen for making proper food. Very disappointing. I eat mine as i was hungry, but my wife was less keen and managed half. I was on the verge of just sending them back, but being too polite we just finished our drinks and left. Shame, we won 't be going back, as there are so many other brilliant places to go and spend money in Lake Garda. If you don 't know how to make a decent burger then just don 't offer it. Simple. UK pubs have really improved here in recent years, so the expectation is a lot higher now. 'Dog ' burgers or 'rustler ' burgers just don 't cut it....
