Feedback gevenSecond time stopping at this location first time was around 4pm asked for a sandwich and apparently they were not making any food because they were cleaning the oven. So,I stop by today (5pm) ask for two bacon wraps and they said We are not makingany food . Asked for donuts only had a couple. Very unfortunate.
I choose Dunkin over Starbucks just because of the Hummus tomatoe TOAST .. when I?m away from home every other Dunkin toast the bread .. here they barely warm it , so I started asking for it double toasted . Even went in asked in person yesterday?NOPE still warm bread . Today in the drive thru again I asked twice PLEASE make sure it?s double toasted .. guess what??? warmbread !!! I showed the guy he offered to redo it ? but you know the risk of complaining having your food redone .. I?ll skipthe extra ingredients available go back to Starbucks
In the morning, one might expect the service to be slow, but it’s quite the contrary. There were many cars in front of me, yet it felt like it took only about 2 minutes to receive my breakfast and be on my way. The staff was surprisingly polite and very friendly towards customers. This is one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited recently.
Thank you for the spill all over my work uniform. Please be careful not to overfill the coffee cups, and ensure that the cups are not dented.
This restaurant is a complete disappointment. It's the third day in a row that they've messed up my order. I ordered an avocado pesto grilled cheese and specifically asked for no tomatoes, but what I received was just a slice of bread with pesto and a piece of cheese that wasn't even melted. I also ordered a wake-up wrap with egg and cheese, but instead, I got a tortilla with melted cheese. When I requested five mini munchkins, I ended up with a bag of bacon. I asked them to cut a sandwich into three pieces for my three little kids in the car, and they only cut it in half. What am I supposed to do with that? It's unfortunate because I usually use the drive-thru and am always in a rush to check the order at the window. I don’t know who they've hired in the past few weeks, but I'm definitely not going back again.
