The team of people working at this location are very polite and pleasant.

This location is going through some growing pains due to being taken over by a different cafeteria management company, I think.It's going to take longer to get drinks and they may not be made correctly.Today, I ordered a venti strawberry-acai. The person who made my drink made it to specifications for a grande drink and when another worker told them about it they just added more ice.Thus, I got a weak drink with less ounces of total fluid.I would have said something but I was late to class due to the slowness of this location.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, and you have to wait a long time just to receive a drink. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we were informed that the drink I wanted was not even available.

The restaurant was tidy, the staff was friendly, and they efficiently took my orders without any issues.
