Best tasting taco bell in the area with great service!

First off let me ask when did taco bell turn into a HGTV commercial. Super clean and love how it's decorated. Haven't been inside in years.I went in to let the cashier know that there was an error on the app. The order didn't go through, but the payment came out my account. My husband picked up a taco party box but it was missing two tacos. He also ordered a chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla is cut in 4 sections. Only half of it had chicken. The other half was barely any at all. We normally don't have any issues from them but I guess someone may have been moving too fast. I tried to contact taco bell directly but their online form wasn't working properly.

The taco/chalupa shells were definitely not fresh and were falling apart as soon as they were opened to eat.Vegetarian options: Most of items can be made vegetarian by subbing beans for the meats.
