Feedback gevenThis brand is getting worse day by day. As a customer I have been observing rude behaviour of managers on the floor. No complaints for staffs as they are trying their best to provide service. But there was one instance where I was waiting for my food near counter and an old lady (probably manager) was rude and arrogant to one of her employee in front of other customers. What kind of behaviour is this? Probably she needs some training. I could say this was kinda racism the way she was talking and her body language said it all. Just because its mc Donalds doesn 't mean they are perfect in all the aspects. If a manager is making an atmosphere suffocated how should we expect as a customer to use your service? So pathetic. I’ve consistently encountered issues with missing sauces in my orders. Service: Delivery Meal Type: Other Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
