She made my sandwich sloppy, On her name tag it just said love but clearly that is not her real name so i don’t know what her name was. Just over all she was drag and definitely will walk out the door if I see her behind the counter when I walk in next time all the other ppl up there have been grate though!
The ice machine has mold in it!!! The workers know and tell the customers not to use it because of the mold!! I don't understand why the owner doesn't want to fix this?!?!?! It could make people sick and then they could be sued!!!!! Let's see if this gets through to the owners
Today, we placed an app order for pickup. When my husband brought the food to the car, he realized that we didn't get our churro. He brought the food back inside and explained that he was missing the churro, and the guy behind the register accused him of leaving it in the car to get a free churro? He insisted that we pay again, ignoring the receipt. Why would we tip on the app, and then try to scam employees into giving us a $2 item? Why the hostility?When we got home, we realized that they didn't toast one sandwich as requested, and both footlongs were extremely dry and empty. We feel like we wasted gas for something that would've been cheaper and easier made at home.
I ordered online to pick up. clean friendly staff! i recommend this location, the food was delicious.
They have placed a screen covering all the meats and prep area. This means you cannot see how much stuff they are using on your sub. It also means you cannot see if it is fresh or not or if something else is wrong with it.
