Dunkin' - Riverdale

My entire order was messed up. My refresher was made with skim milk instead of coconut milk, and the strawberry refresher shouldn’t have any milk at all. The sandwiches were also made incorrectly. If I order a bagel, I expect to receive a bagel. If you don’t have it, just let me know so I can cancel my order. It was really disappointing and upsetting!

The service was extremely slow and quite disappointing. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, yet there were at least seven staff members on duty. It seemed like the employees had little sense of urgency in their work.

I visit this place once a week for a milkshake—my favorite is pistachio, and they always make it for me. I also stop by every afternoon for a coffee. The service is always friendly and quick, even though they can get quite busy.

I spent almost $20 that included two sandwiches in my order. They said that they had to charge me 25 cents per pack of jelly that I wanted to go with the sandwiches that I had bought ????

Got my order wrong and overcharged. Ordered a signature cake batter latte and they gave me a regular latte but still charged for the fancy latte. Did they pay someone to write them good reviews?
