With the phone app as a royal crown club member they receive free upsizes on frits or drinks on mealtimes, but this will tear them off by selecting the other choice they have not chosen. for example: I buy a MEDIUM court on the app and am a Kronen Club member that gives them a choice of a free size on both fries or soda. I choose big pommes. go to theke to get the meal they give me a small cup for the soda. I ask it, girl goes to manager comes back and says that this is a medium when it is a small size cup. she even leaned at the beginning to grab the actual medium cup, then she stopped to get the little one. And depending on who is at the counter, I get the actual medium cup other paints. You know what I'm doing now? When I get my soda, I fill the cup halfway and then pour it out and fill my cup up. they also pay it! and for what was probably a 5 cent difference in the sizes! real scum! and I am a 2x’s a week customer in this business $1k annual business of me.

Rude Manager. Work on your anger issues, go to an anger management class or something but no need to be absolutely rude and disrespectful to the customers. He messed up not only my order but a kind young man’s order who ordered before me. I asked a simple question and he responded in the worst tone. Do better. Kitchen workers are great though, very hard working ladies who you can clearly tell don’t like their manager…

Service with a smile and hot food. The manager has been running the show for many many years and it shows. The restaurant is clean, food hot and the staff are happy.

Enjoyed my breakfast sandwich and coffee with my relative!!Quite clean and excellent customer service!!!!

Not a bad place great location service ain't too bad but must be more on point on customer service at the front counter!
