Keep Driving. Don’t bother stopping! Service exceptionally slow. They forgot to put the chicken on my chicken salad wrap and my husband received 18 chips with his fish and chips order. Pathetic

We called to place an order for dinner at 5:30pm. It was a busy time and we expected a wait. As more and more people arrived, some with phone orders and others ordering at the counter, we noticed that people who had ordered after us were getting their meals first. By 6pm, I inquired about the status of our order and was told it was just being wrapped up. Despite more orders going out after ours was placed, we didn't receive our food until 6:15pm. When I asked if our order had been forgotten, the response from the older lady was rude, implying that we shouldn't expect quick service. I requested a discount for the wait, but was met with dismissiveness and told that's just how life is. In my opinion, if a mistake is made, the restaurant should take ownership and apologize. I will not be returning and will be sharing my negative experience with others.

We typically order the chips and potato cakes, which are fantastic. However, we decided to try the new vegan burgers for a change. To our surprise, each of us found two slices of bacon in them. They did offer to remake them.

We came here for lunch and placed our order at 1:24pm. Unfortunately, we did not receive our food until 2:06pm. My husband inquired about the delay as others who ordered after us were served before us. The girl behind the counter mentioned they should do orders in order but then stated she did not work there. It was unclear why she was behind the counter. My husband then asked another staff member who explained that our order was more simple compared to others, such as a Chiko Roll. Despite the usually exceptional service we receive from Sarah, we were disappointed with this experience and will be looking for another restaurant to dine at in the future.

Don't know if owner spoke to staff after my last complaint but tried again today and that was the best service we have had there since the Anthony's owned it. The blonde girl who served us was brilliant and was training another. Shop was full but she kept her cool and served everyone pleasantly. If she was on every time I came in I'd gladly shop here.
