Antonious Pizza Cafe - Riverside

The manager needs to talk to the employees. I waited 45 mins just for a slice of pizza because the cashier Sarah said she “forgot”. It wasn’t even busy for her to have forgotten and she passed by me several times watching me sit waiting for my pizza. The employees need to be alert and help their customers. After they took my order they were just there talking in a group which I’m sure is what caused them to get distracted. Unbelievable, she didn’t even say sorry and gave me cold pizza.

Ridiculous long wait poor service and they want a dollar for refills on soda. Miss this place it's horrible

As soon as we walked in, there were two people in the front. It wasn't the most welcoming atmosphere. Didn't really have a clear menu to go off of, got handed a hella crusty and old menu upon request. Ordering was a bit confusing on my part. To top my first experience off, a young lady serving the ice cream starts going back and forth with a family member about accurate flavors for a couple of minutes literally continued to whisper to herself to have the last word. The energy in there had become so weird and the young lady went on to talk about what happened right in front of me with her co workers. Waiting for my food was uncomfortable. I wanted to leave and ask for a refund but the place was cute and I was very hungry.

Go here with my friend pretty often and it’s really good

Pizza was really good. Innosphere was nice downtown. Riverside is always nice, but the service was terrible. Service wasn’t professional. They took forever with everything that you had ordered. I had asked for a simple lid and they took forever just looking for a lid really unprofessional like I said, the food was good, but I felt like this place will be much better Professionally ran better Not only that I had asked refill guy had poured my drink all the way to the top when I close my lid the soda spilled everywhere it Took 5 guys to look for one lid I had got my pizza pretty fast, but I ordered wings and fettuccine when I ordered my pizza and I had waited about almost 30 minutes additionally for my wings when I had finished my pizza already
