Hotties Fried Chicken - Riverside

The customer service is immaculate. The server named John is amazing at his work and is extremely helpful and nice when you ask him for something that I had to tip him for his civil behavior. Please tip the goat! The only problem I have with this place is that it smells like a dump. The food good though.

Looks like this location closed or has been shut down. Tried coming last week and again today. Too bad... Was my favorite hot chicken. Kind of glad as I hadn't read the recent reviews until now.

Have gotten take out here before and it was great. This time though,I was disappointed. First off no ice for drinks. Quite a few items were unavailable including the Mac and cheese and funnel cake fries. The place smelled pretty bad walking in, kind of like sewage. Seating was sticky and dirty. Service was slooooow. We had to order from the kiosk and no cash. I had to input my own order and the kiosk still asked for a tip! What service did you render to deserve a tip? Took a while to get our food, around 30 mins. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back...

Food poisoning.Place was dirty all the tables had crumbs all over, smelled bad, wasnt busy and food took 30mins to make. Was my first time there and i left a tip just cause hey i get it tough times. Had an hour drive back home and followed up with food poisoning. Dont go there.

From the beginning I have been obsessed with Hotties Chicken. I have been a customer since the original spot was open. The food has always been great and the service is great. But unfortunately at this location things changed. The first issue I have is they seem to always be out of things. Every time I go. Something is missing. Then I walk in to order and I have to place my own order on a tablet and I get charged a convenience fee....who are you conveniencing? I know it's not me. And on top of it all. This hotties is more expensive than the one in chino and Orange County. Just crazy. Also the smell outside or inside (it's pretty blended) smells like sewer. It's gross. The food is ok but you can tell not living up to the great standard it used to be!!!
