The mobile pickups do not include straws, even when people have requested to the employees to leave then on the cup. Considering the frequent traffic of customers at the shop, it is reasonable to suggest a straw cup to enhance customer convenience and minimize the workload for both customers and employees. The absence of straws appears to be inconsistent with the establishment's objective of providing a seamless and efficient experience for customers.

This location is worth driving to, eventhough it's on an university campus. Have coupons? Use them all in one transaction, if you would like. A little cramped inside, but plenty of room outside.

I’ve had a couple of minimal issues with this location before, but nothing to trip about, though today a young employee openly mocked me after I grabbed my mobile order because she didn’t understand what my special instruction meant. I wasn’t going to bore her with a specific explanation, so after I gave a basic answer and she looked confused, I just said nevermind, only to hear her loudly mocking me to a coworker before I had even left the store. I’m not going to post her name here, especially because she surely didn’t intend for me to hear, but I did and it definitely made me uncomfortable??‍
