Jack In The Box - Riverside

So i guess they aren't open 24/7 i went at 1:28 am after ordering on the APP(which also says it's open) and some old lady kept telling us rudely thru the window that she was closed?? i hold up my phone showing i have a mobile order and she walks away and goes to the back of the store for 10 minutes and decides not to come back so i ended up leaving.

This old lady rude asf, I think she is a lead she scream at me with this attitude only bc I ask for 2 extra sauces that I was willing to pay but she didn't even mind asking me instead she shut the dive-way window at me.

My food was really fresh compared to other jack in the boxes in the area. Service could be a little faster, I don’t think it’s their fault. I did notice on this visit, there could have been a order mix up. Therefore the delay.

All of my tacos were undercooked!!!!!My order was incomplete!!!!!!It looked like the cashier was there by herself doing multiple jobs at the same time therefore she was super stressed give me a nasty attitudeI needed a couple of extra Buffalo sauce I was charged extra even thought I had just spent 40 dls ??next time I’ll just stay home and cook

Service was really bad. Just had to stand for a long time before someone even acknowledged I was there then they made me wait longer. The food was average.
