Jack In The Box - Riverside

The sandwich I ordered was average and the service was okay. However, the wait time was extremely long, causing me to be late for work after waiting in the drive-thru for half an hour. When I inquired about the wait time to the manager or shift leader, they responded rudely. This made me a bit rude as well, except when I had to ask for a straw for my drink, which they almost got wrong, and then got annoyed with me for asking.

Update: The restaurant stays open late, which I appreciate, but the customer service declines after a certain hour. Tonight, the girl in the sweater seemed to be in a bad mood and even scowled at me when I had to ask for my card back. She only gave me my receipt and food, making me feel like she shouldn't be taking orders if she doesn't enjoy her job. I also had to remind her about my drink. However, the kid in the visor working there is a gem. His friendly demeanor and efficient service give me hope for this location. Good customer service can make a big difference in a restaurant's success, especially when there are many other options nearby.

Went through drive thru at 4:21pm 10/27. Only 1 car ahead of me yet waited 20 min. The employee in window was laughing and joking, not concerned with how long the line was taking . I believe they gave me a medium coffee and charged for a large but Ican?t call corporate because they didn?t offer me a receipt? not coming to this location again

Right off the freeway so it's always busy. However they get to you really fast. The line for the drive thru is long but it doesn't take long. And the food is always warm. Some other locations you can tell when the food has been sitting for a while

Terrible experience! The egg rolls were spoiled and should never have been served. This Jack in the Box location needs a complete overhaul - new owner, staff, and most importantly, a new food supply! I'm extremely disappointed as I usually love their egg rolls, but every time I order from here, they're terrible and they always forget the sauce. I had to call my delivery driver to ask for the sauce again, but they still only gave us a small amount.
