Kfc - Riverside

Ordered a 12pc meal and only received an 8 piece and never got a receipt. We live 15 min away and unfortunately this was the closest one to me. 15min to get there and place an order for a hungry family, 15min back home to find out the food was short.kids were hungry so i left them the food and 15min back to get a refund or the rest of the food and they can't look up thereceipt based off my CC i used and want to see my bank transaction for 4 pcs of chicken and a side. WTH? What happened tocustomer service?

Ordered 16 piece dinner but only had enough for 12 pieces. Got to window and was told only had 3 biscuits and offered substitute for other 3 biscuits. Got home and they had not put in biscuits. Needless to say I won't go there again. Food was OK.

Drive thru Staff was faboulous. I had a custom order they helped me with a smile.

Yoooo? just got the jack Harlow meal and the mac and cheese had mold in it. Didn?t even realize until I had taken a bite. I thought there was dirt in my food or something cause it just tasted off, looked down and it was mold. Do not get Mac and cheesefrom here. I tried calling them to tell them about this so they don?t serve anyone else rotten food but they don?t seem toanswer phones there..

I had a doordash delivery today total of 50 some dollars along with chicken strips and did not get any of my dipping sauces. Tried to call KFC and they do not answer the phone. I will not order from them again
