Mcdonald's - Riverside

If I could not give this mcdonald’s star, I would, terrible customer service. the workers are always so rude and they never answer the phone. just go to uni. I was 20 minutes in the snake, just to get a stale, dry and cold hot and sharp. make them better lol their job is really not hard. they seem like eating hard to prepare. it's not lmao. so confused and the dining room is disgusting.

I just had the worst drive-thru experience in this franchise. all for 2 mc double and 1 big frey! After I was paid on the first window and went to pick-up-Widow, I was asked to pull and wait for my order. in short, I had waited for more than 8 minutes and it wasn't even lunch. long story short after a hired man had brought out my meal, I asked myself to speak with a manager and was rudely said that there is no one and come back tomorrow! So I went in to complain and asked to speak with the person, and it was the same guy who told me to come back tomorrow! I called to complain and I'm coming back tomorrow! total time there were 15 minutes, only to order 2 mcdoubles and a big fry about Drive-thru, smh!

The restaurant was great because the patio was open and it was snowing lightly outside. I had to go inside to eat and escape the weather. The food was also delicious.

Look, man, it's a mcdonalds. Why are they looking for reviews for mcdonald’s? do you really think you'll come across the one mcdonalds that are really worth a 5-star review? you found it! this mcdonald is the best, bro! like other McDonald’s stand, this has a drive thru, that literally they fall, as if what they wanted, like the always elusive mcflurry, is not available, they are stuck without possibility to leave quickly when it cars behind them. apropos mcflurry, this place is unbelievable because the ice machine is only 67% of the time. other places may not have the sweet tasty available 75% of the time, but not good ol’ riverside McDonald’s. this place has the kind of coworkers who sometimes offer them a grudge instead of begging them! oh, the customer service is amazing! Do you want to eat and maintain? the next dive, just look outside one of the windows and catch a look at one of the many red-eyed, black-baked vagrants that walk on the streets. they are the source of many entertaining moments. enjoy their visit to the third McDonald’s in a 5-mile radius! 5 stars deserve, young!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant twice when I was skipped in line at the drive-thru. This time, they asked me to pull up to the last window and wait. After waiting for another 13 minutes, I had to honk my horn to get someone's attention. When they finally came to the window, they asked me what I had ordered. This will be my last visit to this restaurant as they gave me a Hashbrown McMuffin with the sandwich and hashbrown separated and charged me an extra $3, telling me to assemble it myself.
