Pho 81 Vietnamese Cuisine - Riverside

Very consistent meals here. The Pho is good, for the area. I like this place more and more. I've been numerous times and it's my go-to Pho place when I'm nearby.

Terrible service, I waited 15 minutes for them to take my order and became so frustrated with the wait that I ultimately left. They continued to serve the customers next to me, completely ignoring my presence.

This is my second visit to this restaurant. The food was excellent when we first came shortly after they opened. However, on this particular night, the food was just okay. The brisket in my pho was especially tough, even tougher than the rare steak my husband ordered. Despite this, we really enjoyed the eggrolls. Overall, I would still give this restaurant a 4 out of 5 when considering both visits, but this latest experience was more of a 3-star rating. Additionally, the restaurant was uncomfortably warm inside. They really need to improve the ventilation.

This is the best pho I have ever tasted, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a quality that many businesses overlook, but this place always delivers consistency and excellence!
