The W At Worthingtons - Riverside

I visited the restaurant on a Thursday night and showed my ID to the bouncer without any issues. I ordered an expensive whiskey and a water, then headed out to the patio to relax and vape. However, a security guard approached and informed me that the patio was closed. I asked where I could vape, and he directed me to the front. Once I made my way there, the bartender came out and told me I couldn’t drink my whiskey in that area. At that point, I was extremely frustrated. I slammed down my drink in front of him, closed my tab, and left without leaving a tip. As a bartender at a much nicer establishment, I understand how to provide good service and make money. I will not be returning to this place again.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! They attempted to charge my card with additional transactions, hoping I wouldn't catch it. I'm not alone in this; I've heard similar complaints from others. How is this allowed?

This place is amazing! Never had a problem here and always feel welcomed! Guards and staff are very open and friendly.

My lady and I love going here for the night life. Entry is free and $15 when they decide to charge. The service is great. The music is great. Dj on friday kills it. He has a diverse play list. My lady and I always enjoy hanging out here.

Love this spot!!! My go to spot for the best drinks and amazing bartender Treasure she made my night and made amazing mixed drinks her vibe was amazing and her recommendations for drinks was so good!!!
