Decent sized portions of decently priced, but also only decent food. The salsa was delicious, and the Mai Tai was tasty, but the rest of our meal was pretty mediocre. Most of us had stomach issues the next day. The greeter seemed very new, and the waitress was very friendly and tried her best, but there were a few large groups besides our own and only her to help. The restaurant itself is somewhat cute and inviting.
Went for a late lunch. Chimichanga was soggy only to be out done by the poor service. Nat, get a different job bro. You are not waiter material. 5 star for how the manager made it right. Funny that I need to up my game on writing reviews. Seems to me that good food and good service should be the norm and not noteworthy but a negative review is attacked. I am not sure what Nat was talking about. I didn?t get short with staff until I was trying to have my issues addressed. If they thought I deserved bad service because I was being short about bad service, let?s set up a sit down and hash this out. I don?t leave anonymous reviews and I stand behind each and every one of them. I leave positive reviews when exceptional service is rendered. Please have your staff up their game and maybe the consumer will take the time out to point it out to the public. You handled my complaint far and beyond what I was expecting.
