Panda Express - Riverview

I placed my food order at 12:45 and arrived at the restaurant at 1 o'clock. I was seated for dinner at 1:30. Initially, I was informed that the egg rolls were being prepared. However, 15 minutes later when I inquired about the status, I was told they were waiting for the teriyaki chicken to finish cooking. When my meal finally arrived, I checked to ensure that I had the correct number of dishes, only to be approached by a woman named Monica who seemed to be the manager. She asked if I wanted to inspect the containers, but I declined and explained that I had placed my order 45 minutes earlier and waited for 30 minutes at the table. Monica simply walked away without saying anything. It was unclear what the issue was, especially considering there were nine employees present.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. I and the friend have ordered her step daughter. website said it would be ready for us to pick up 1 o'clock....we showed up at 1:03. she goes in to pick up the order and is said to wait for egg rolls and teriyaki huh.......30 minutes later we get our order. let me also add that I don't think this was a problem of shortage of employees, as there were 9 employees. I understand that the things happen, but waiting 30 minutes is a little long!

I'm going here about 2-3 times a month, but after today I'm done. Every time I go, it's something usually they forget the Teriyaki sauce packages you get for the Teriyaki chicken or wrong product or size, but today I was there around 6:15 and I got white rice that wasn't cooked. It wasn't even 1⁄2 way cooked. At $10 a plate and for dinner time you think they can manage cooking white rice.

Our family loves Panda Express. You can never go wrong here with food. This business is the CLEANEST we've ever been to. I was here about 12-14 years ago and I am very impressed that the quality and structure of the shop looks as new as the day he was built. Very good food and great customer service. It is also convenient next to a destination. What else could you ask for?

For the past few years, we have been regular customers at Panda Express and have always enjoyed our meals. However, during our most recent visit, we found that the food was not as flavorful as we're used to - it seemed a bit bland. We will definitely give them another chance in the future.
