Another employee was on the backWhen it was our turn to order I ordered half sandwich with wheat bread and 2 cookies.My granddaughter order too.We left and at home I opened mine and it broke I’m my hands. CRUMBSBREAD HARD AND OLD. I think they wanted to get rid of that piece of bread THE COOKIES ALSO HARD AND OLD!!!SHAME !!!!!My Trash ? can ate it.
The food was fresh and delicious. Customer service was great.
The change to on-premise slicing is nice. The person making our sandwiches was meticulous, which made it slower, but everything was made correctly, which made it worth the wait. We didn't have ingredients falling out of the bread or bunched up in one area and missing in another. Best tuna sub of any national chain, in my opinion.Vegetarian options: Lots of different veggies available.
I don’t understand why I place an order online, pay for it in advance, and when i get to the store they have to confirm the order to make it. What is the purpose of placing it on the app of you have to come in the store and wait in line anyways. Very frustratingApparently it’s the owners that made this decision and they need to rethink their policy.
Why are their doors open when they are not ready for the business? a subway without brot ready to start the day?.
