Waffle House - Riverview

This restaurant is always a delightful spot to visit. The food is delicious and the staff is cheerful.

This Waffle House is a solid choice for fast breakfast food. While some of the servers may be a bit overbearing, good service is about knowing what is needed without being too intrusive. They should check in on you without disrupting your meal and clean up with tact and care. When dining with friends or family, it's important to be able to converse without being constantly interrupted by the server. Overall, it's a good spot for a casual breakfast any time of day.

The wait time for a table was over an hour. When I finally got seated, the tables were not clean and even had food on them. The menu and salt and pepper shakers were also dirty. The silverware had visible food on it as well. The grill attendant was not skilled at cleaning the grills and even burned himself in the process. He also used inappropriate language in front of children. Despite having ample staff, the restaurant was poorly managed. Despite all the issues, the coffee was good. Overall, I should have left the restaurant.

We had a short wait for a table. Food came fast, waitresses friendly and refilled drinks quickly. Great location
