Well stocked. Surprising as most groceries have stock outs during Covid. The recently installed self scanners so getting checked out is much quicker. If they had a deli I would have given them five stars.
One of the worst Walmarts I have ever been to, don’t ever do pick up from this Walmart. I waited about two hours to my groceries in the course of two days for pick up. Had to drive all the way from St. Pete because they made me and my family wait an hour the night prior before and told me to wait. Then they gave me meat that was so warm it felt like a warm cup of milk.
My wife went into this today to load an article back to $3.98) I had bought the day before. I made the mistake of throwing the entrance away and I bought the wrong article. When she went into the door, she met by a customer service officer under the name maritza, who told her that she couldn't return it without reception. my wife told her that she didn't want to return it, but to exchange it for the right item and that she would pay the difference in the two items. maritza told her that she couldn't do it without reception. my wife told the women that she had done this in the past, and maritza told her that if someone had done that for her, they did not know how to do her work. my wife said she would then buy the right product and she would try to locate the reception and return it to her man. when my wife went to the sales floor to get the object she had followed as if she was a thief. when my wife found the article she wanted, she went to one of the registers that was manned by a person rarely find these days in a Walmart store of any kind) only maritza say that she had to come to her register. my wife told her that she went through the lead of the register her chosen. maritza told her that if she didn't like the kind in which she was treated, she could shop elsewhere. When my wife came home, she told me what happened. I just called the load to answer maritza on the phone. I told her I wanted to talk to a manager. she asked me what I was calling before she could do that. I told her I won't give her any information and that I wanted to talk to a manager. After she asked me maybe three times, and I reacted every time to the saying wise, she finally told me to keep. after a short wait the operation came with the name carlie on the phone. I told her what had happened and how unhappy I was about the incident. she apologized and told me that if a customer has no reception and returns an item that costs less than $25.00 they will give the customer a refund. if the article is bigger, then $25.00 she is a business credit. she said what should happen should never have happened, and she assured me that she would address it with the hired. I told her that I would not buy at this place because of this, at first. I made on the way to target stop in the load and a young man at the customer service counter allowed me to return the article without asking. when we completed the transaction, I told him that I would not return to the load in the future, because I pointed to maritza who had just gone to the customer service) that women. this load has gradually dropped to the hill as he opened, but I know that it is time for me to do business with them.
This business is great for a quick shopping trip. best in the week before midday. almost no waiting for human help or self-control. many fresh products and some home essential. nice staff.
