A young lady answers and i ask her 3 times if they deliver to my address, she puts me on hold and and puts someone else on the phone. She never explains to the new person what trying to find out. New person comes to the phone, (Names is Tomaat) never introduces himself, i had to ask him twice for his name, it felt like he chose not to answer the first time. Any, long story short, Me: do you deliver to my address? After about a minute of repeating myself and spelling out the street name... Him: okay, can i get your order? Me: what specials do you have? Runs through specials very fast, difficult to understand. Me: uhhh.... I 'm sorry, with a chuckle, please repeat the first part of the specials again, and before i could finish with I didn 't understand you Him: cuts me with, you have games, I don 't play games says BY and hangs up on me! This guy Tomaat better not let me find out that he is the manager of this store. North Palm Beach location. If these ppl feel like they behave like this to your face, imagine what they may potentially be doing behind closed doors with your food...
The general manager Thomas and his staff, were a treat to watch and engage with. I went for carry out looking for an interpersonal relations and they did no disappoint. I am super excited to go home and enjoy my pizza, you can tell it was made with love.
Well I probably should have read the reviews before I actually ordered from the North Palm Beach Domino's. The Manager, Sarah, the rudest person ever. I called because according to the app, my pizza has been out of the oven for 10 minutes and was being quality checked. How long does it take to Quality check a pizza? Also, when it would be delivered because I do not want to receive a cold pizza. She was extremely rude and said that she has late orders, it's not her fault that people place orders just before close, (meaning me) and she only has two drivers. As soon as the driver arrives the pizza will go out and that the driver would be there any minute. So in our 5-minute conversation, at the end of the conversation the driver finally arrived but my pizza still had not left the store. I expressed my concern about the pizza having sit been sitting there out of the oven for more than 10 minutes and the driver still hadn't arrived back in the store to deliver my order. Then it would take him at least 10 minutes to deliver the pizza to my house if he didn't have any other orders to deliver. So by the time he would reach my house if he had left right then, my pizza would have been out of the oven for 20 minutes and would have been cold. I didn't cancel my order because of the time that it took, at this point I'm canceling my order and never ordering from the Domino's again because of the attitude of this store manager. She literally laughed at me, argued with me about the fact that I've never ordered from them before and I tried to explain that I just moved in the neighborhood. She laughed at me some more and hung up on me. She also said that Domino's wouldn't be the number one pizza company in the world if they delivered cold pizzas yet their reviews and the photos tell a different story. She told me to go ahead and call corporate because corporate would only send her an email and it would be her that I would speak to again so she once again laughed at me. Myself nor my business will be ordering pizza from this Domino's. You're attitude STINKS SARAH!!!!
4 times i have ordered and everytime there's been an issue on the delivery end. Driver drove home and then called to ask where my house was in the neighborhood. One couldn't find my house; there numbered in order!!! The food is skimpy and expensive. Didnt recieve the receipt for my order either. Staff is rude and unapologetic manager could really careless about satisfaction. I was told by others in my neighborhood not to order from here now I know why!
I was verbally abused by the delivery driver. He called me having trouble finding my apartment and continued to speak over me when I was trying to figure out where he was so I could properly direct him to my home. He was yelling and cursing at me, so I asked my husband to go outside and meet the driver because I didn't want to be verbally abused any longer. The driver continued to curse at my husband, yelled at him to come downstairs and meet him, and threw our bag of food on the ground. I've never had any issues like this and we were both really taken aback as we were nothing but polite to this man. Along with this, the franchise owner has been non-responsive as this happened three days ago and I've reported it with no call back. Save your money and go somewhere else for pizza or you'll risk being yelled and cursed at by your delivery driver.
