Applebee's - Roanoke

This is hands down the best Applebee's I've ever been to! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with smiles and laughter, which was a refreshing change from the rude service I've encountered elsewhere, like in Rocky Mount. The server was outstanding—quick and precise—and my food arrived swiftly, hot, and perfectly cooked in under 30 minutes. This was a huge difference from Rocky Mount, where we waited an hour for cold, undercooked meals. Everything was exceptional! It was definitely worth the 45-minute drive from my home and far better than the two Applebee's locations just 20 minutes away. The staff was amazing; everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly committed to their work. I will certainly be making that drive again for another delicious meal!

The food was tasty and presented beautifully. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly. Our waitress remembered our order and checked in on us several times to refill our drinks and see how we were enjoying our meals. The prices were fair, though the sweet tea wasn’t as sweet as I usually like. Overall, I was very happy with both the meal and the service. However, the restaurant could benefit from some updates since the booths look worn and a little dirty. Still, this is a wonderful place to have dinner, enjoy a drink, or watch a sports game.

Our waitress, Alexis, was outstanding! The manager on duty was excellent as well. The food was delicious.
