Arby's - Roanoke

Even with the waiting of today's experience was much better than many fast food spots. Muriel (sorry if I misspelled) was very intoxicated and cheerful in view of the lack of personnel and it helped to keep everyone in a better mood. The food was good, my little dry, but still tasted great. I'd go back.

My 4/5 to 5/5. I have eaten here twice in the last two weeks, drive thru style, and the same sweet lady took my payment and gave me my order. Classic Bratbeef and white Cheddar Mac and cheese. I asked her for a horse sauce and Arby's sauce. I didn't even have to ask the second visit, she reminded me of my voice. She gave me a single package of everyone, that's all I need for this meal. I don't know her name yet, but next time I ask her. Arby gives this woman a raise. I work at Star City Games right on the street, and I sang the praises of food and people there. Thank you. Delicious!

It's so good! Breonna had excellent manners and delivered my food quickly for this reason I will definitely come back.

Love the Gyro. I had the Greek style. Placed looked clean. The service was a little slow due to a lack of people, but the people who were there certainly did their best.

While this is usually a great choice for good food. Today due to low staffing or some other issue the interior of the store was shut down and the drive thru was heavily backed up. This is no fault of the workers. Especially on a Friday during dinner rush. But the staff tried to stay positive but it seemed like a rough situation. Overall good experience but little off putting to come back if this is how the store is run on a consistent basis.
