Jason's Deli - Roanoke

Other than difficult parking, this location delivers a good Whataburger experience.

Very clean location, and the food was fresh and delicious!

Great food! Alexis is super friendly. She’s always going above and beyond for the customers. Salad bar is my favorite. And of course our family loves the ice cream. Definitely one of our top favorite restaurants in Roanoke.

I generally always give restaurants a chance if something is incorrect which I have in this case. This is about the 6th or 7th time (for this Roanoke location) we’ve had issues. All door dash orders. I order the same sandwich ALL the time. Shelly’s Deli chick. It comes EVERY single time without lettuce or tomato. WHY? Your menu shows the sandwich with lettuce and tomato, why am (without fail) always sent my sandwich with no lettuce or tomato? Is it a training issue? Are we cutting costs? This past weekend, they forgot my husbands whole order in a $100 order. People pay good money for food/door dash and it’s really annoying when meals are completely left out and sandwiches aren’t made correctly. The way y’all advertise them. Again, it’s only this Roanoke location. We never have an issue with the Keller location which leads me to believe this is a training issue at this store.

The food is great! The prices at Jason’s Deli has gotten unaffordable for the average consumer. As long as Jason’s is happy and financially ok I wish them good luck. The price point doesn’t match the value of what you get imho.
