Feedback gevenNot sure if it’s a management change, a lack of employees, or both, but in the past 3 months there has been a significant drop-off in delivery time, pick-up time, and overall quality of pizza. In the past 3 months, I’ve never seen so many customers sitting in booths waiting for their pizzas, only to be told by a frantic front desk that they’re “short-staffed” or they’re “behind on orders.” While that may be truefix it. Either hire more employees or adjust the estimated delivery and pick up times on the website/app and stop ruining family meals in this neighborhood. This used to be the most reliable pizza restaurant in Trophy Club. I’ve ordered a few times over the past few months, but now I’ll be ordering from Marco’s in Southlake or any other pizza restaurant in TC.
The food is usually good here, but today it was undercooked, the crust was detached, and they forgot to include the sauces we ordered. The customer service was terrible when I tried to request a refund for a $20 pizza. It took three employees, one of whom may have been a manager, and they were unaware of the prior conversation I had. I’m not confident I will receive the refund in 5-7 business days as promised, especially since the call was abruptly ended. There are plenty of other pizza places to choose from, so I think I'll take a break from this one for a while. I highly recommend trying Rosati’s in Trophy Club instead.
Horrible delivery. After receiving message that the pizza was on the way at 7:12 and a “promise time” of 7:23 PM the ordered pizza finally arrived at 8:10 PM. Terrible experience. They quoted 30 minutes for an online delivery order40 minutes later the website still said “constructing pizza”. When I called the store for an update, they’d pick up the phone then immediately hang up on me. Service: 1
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered online and was told it would take 30 minutes for delivery. However, after waiting for 40 minutes, the app still indicated that my pizza was being prepared. I called the store to ask for an estimated arrival time, but they answered the phone and then immediately hung up on me several times. Eventually, my husband had to drive to the restaurant to get an update.
