Pizza Hut - Roanoke

Used to be my favorite place for quick dinner idea. I ordered hundreds of pizzas from this place over last 8 years. The quality of pizza has been degrading slowly but steadily over years. Last time the pizza tasted like a cardboard.

We picked up our order was done perfect. Window service was excellent.

The food is alright, but sometimes it's a bit soggy, and the pizza isn't always consistent. There is room for improvement.

My assessment is based on the willingness of delivery. I introduced my order online days before delivery and had asked several pizzas to be delivered from 11 o'clock for an employee upgrade lunchtime. the day of delivery I called at 1105 to check the status of delivery and was told that the driver had just left. the food was delivered only on 11:27 and our coworker was almost over. there has been enough time for this website to create and have our order in time. is an understatement. we will not order from here anymore.
