Sweet Donkey Coffee House - Roanoke

Chill coffee house with many places to relax or study inside and outside. We enjoyed the shaded area outside where there are picnic tables and adirondack chairs. We stayed there on a Friday night and the experience was complemented by relaxing live music, a food truck and beer on tap. Many coffee choices and some creative options such as cookies and cream frappe and specialties such as peanut butter cup latte.

Great coffee, food, service and vibe. The location has tons of outdoor seating. The staff is super friendly / helpful. All prices just make sense and location is great. Make sure to check it if you don't!

Stand back and cozy. You can sit outside or inside. We sat outside on the benches. They have a variety of signatures. The service was quick and easy. She saw a lot of students chatting, reading and working. Depending on what you want to do, you will find a kink. There are also a variety of board games and table topics.

Relaxing place with VERY good coffee and also great hot tea selection! This is absolutely my favorite place to do something extra work, or to dig into a good book. The employees are super helpful and wildly talented with the Latte art.

This is the kind of coffee shop that will turn you into a coffee shop person. Clever decor, inviting staff and a handmade menu with seasonal specials. Come in and relax while you enjoy a fresh made cafe.
